3 characters from the MCU who can defeat Thanos

I don’t know who would be ABLE to defeat Thanos, but I know of the three/four/five characters who DESERVE to defeat Thanos:

and either this guy

or this Guy

Here are my Reasons:

01. Upon discovering that Ronan killed Drax’s wife and daughter at the behest of Thanos and after killing Ronan, Drax declared that it was Thanos he needed to kill. This is reflective of his longstanding status as an archenemy of Thanos in the 616 comics continuity.

2. Nebula is being touted as having an important Role in IW, and it’s likely that she’ll be the one to hoist Thanos by his own petard in revenge for the trauma she suffered under his care (she steals the gauntlet from Thanos in the film’s source material Infinity Gauntlet).

3. It’s implied from the trailers for IW and the post-credits scene from Ragnarok that most if not all of the Asgardians and former Sakarran slaves are slaughtered when they encounter Thanos/The Black Order. Who better to avenge his people than the former prince of Asgard?

4. Thanos was directly responisble for the Chitauri invasion of earth, and by extention a majority of Tony Stark’s mental/emotional scarring following this event (and possibly directly responsible for Ultron’s desire to uplift humanity even further, depending on your interpertation of the post-credits scene).

5. It’s Loki, the guy with a serious case of Chronic Backstabbing Disorder. Do you really need to ask?
