5. Iron Man -
The OG. It got so many things right and a very few wrong. I still think
this is the perfect superhero origin story. And it reintroduced the
world to the genius of Robert Downey Jr.
4. Captain America: Civil War-
This one could be here on the basis of that airport scene alone! It was
wonderfully done, all of it. Also, it gave us Zemo, one of MCU’s better
and more realistic villains. And if that wasn't enough, Spidey!
3. The Avengers - That moment when all of them assemble, and the camera spins around them, it's a sight to behold! Goosebumps to this day!
2. Guardians of The Galaxy-
Personally, this is the MCU movie I had the most fun in, I was hooked
on the feeling from the get go. It was everything that I was hoping it
would be and so much more. We.Are.Groot!
1. Captain America: The Winter Soldier - Here we are, the pièce de résistance,
the MCU’s crowning achievement. One of the best comic book movies ever
made and the second installment in quite possibly the best superhero
trilogy of all time. I can already hear ‘What about Nolan’s Batman?’ ringing in my ears. But let's face it, while The Dark Knight is
undoubtedly the best comic book movie ever made, the other two, while
being very good movies, don't really hit the bull's-eye. The ‘Captain
America’ trilogy has it all (including Cap's wonderful character arc),
and it will take something special to dethrone it from my list.
